Appointment Reservation
It is recommended that you book your treatments 2 -3 weeks in advance to be able to select your desired time and avoid disappointment.
Valid Credit card number with expiry date or a Gift Certificate number is required to guarantee individual reservations at the time of booking.
Please call our main reception number 416-350-7500 to make your appointments. We cannot book appointments through email.
Our Cancellation Policy
Please call our reception (416-350-7500) to cancel appointments 24 hours in advance. Any
cancellation with a notice shorter than 24 hours will be subject to a full charge (Gift
Certificates will be forfeited). No shows for confirmed appointment will be charged full
amount for services booked (Gift Certificates will be forfeited). If you have booked a Hotel
Spa package, it is necessary to call the Spa to avoid cancellation charges.
Group Bookings
Please book group appointments 4 to 6 weeks in advance to have access to all services
selected. A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation. We require a 48 hour
cancellation notice or full charge for services will be applied. Inquire about our corporate
rates. Gratuities of 15% are added to any group booking.
Spa Lunches
A special selection of Spa lunches is available, prepared by chefs of Fairmont Royal York.
Payable on the day of appointment.
Insurance Coverage for Massage
If your insurance policy covers massage treatments it applies only to Therapeutic
Massage performed by registered therapists. Please ask for a receipt at the time of
massage.
Maximize Your Experience
Communicate with your therapist your needs and concerns. Therapists drape towels or
sheets to protect your privacy at all times during treatments. Only areas that are being
worked on are undraped. Undress to your own level of comfort.
Gratuities
In appreciation to the staff for an outstanding service gratuities may be given at your
discretion. Gift certificates do not include gratuities and cannot be used for this purpose.
Our Facilities
We are a Day Spa located within the Fairmont Royal York hotel on the Avenues Level.
Swimming pool, fitness club and whirlpool in the hotel’s Health Club on H level are
available only to registered hotel guests. To book hotel accommodations, please call
the Fairmont Royal York at 416-368-2511.
Spa Arrival
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment to receive your full allotted treatment
time. For your comfort and concerns, we will ask you to fill out a client case
profile.
What to Wear
Upon arrival, you will be given a robe and slippers. A locker with key is provided.
We recommend that you leave your valuables and jewelry at home. We do not
assume any liability for lost or misplaced valuables.
Late Arrival
Please be advised that your treatment will end on time so the next client is not
kept waiting. Full charge for the service will apply.
Spa Boutique
Our skin care lines in stock include: Guinot, Phytomer, Dr. Renaud and MD
Formula. We also carry Gewohl, Paul Mitchel, OPI nail polishes, luxurious spa
accessories and healing products. Our unique selection of Spa products will
soon be available to order online at www.elizabethmilanspa.com.

To preserve the tranquil environment of our Spa and the enjoyment of our other
clients, we kindly request that your mobile telephones remain silent for the
duration of your visit.
